Delicate lemon stars perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Mix flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, lemon zest, and salt until smooth.
  3. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into star shapes.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Can be made with orange zest for a different flavor.
