- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture.
- Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooled, cut the brownies into tree shapes.
- Decorate as desired for a festive look.
