- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta, ricotta, egg, olive oil, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out phyllo dough and brush with olive oil.
- Cut dough into squares or rectangles, spoon filling onto one side, and fold over to create triangles.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
