- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the flank steak with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove steak from pan and let it rest before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Warm the tortillas in the same pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by adding sliced steak, onions, and cilantro to the tortillas.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
