- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Heat until syrupy.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the batter.
- These wings are best served immediately but can be stored in an airtight container.
