This delicious spiced baked pumpkin cheesecake is a perfect fall dessert, combining pumpkin flavors with a creamy texture.

  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and spices until well combined.
  5. Mix in the sour cream and heavy cream.
  6. Pour the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly puffed.
  8. Let cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
