A delicious and creamy almond semolina dessert.

- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Gradually whisk in semolina, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in ground almonds, butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour into a greased dish and let it cool before serving.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- Best served cold for a refined texture.
- Add slivered almonds on top for garnish.
