- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over simmering water.

- In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and combined.
