Delicious cream puffs filled with coconut caramel cream, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter and bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour and salt, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Drop by tablespoon onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare filling by cooking coconut milk and sugar until thickened.
  9. Mix in vanilla extract and shredded coconut.
  10. Cool and fill the baked puffs with the coconut caramel cream.

Notes

  • Garnish with extra shredded coconut for added flavor.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
