- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 200 ml milk
- 100 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add the melted butter and eggs to the flour mixture.
- Pour in the milk mixture and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Fill small cups with dough and let rise again for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a sweeter version, add chocolate chips or fruit.
- Can be served with powdered sugar on top.
