- 2 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer the potatoes and zucchini in a greased baking dish.
- Add the spinach, then pour cream over the layers.
- Top with grated cheese and fresh herbs.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
