Deliciously rich and fudgy brownie bites infused with the essence of hot chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, blend melted butter with sugars until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of espresso powder to the batter.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
