- 250 g flour
- 175 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 g raspberry jam
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour, ground almonds, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Knead until smooth and form into a dough.
- Divide the dough into two parts, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out one part of the dough and place it in a tart pan.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly on the dough.
- Roll out the second part and cut into strips to form a lattice over the jam.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or a dusting of powdered sugar.
