Delicious chocolate-coated Florentine cookies with nuts and dried fruits.

- 100 g sliced almonds
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g honey
- 200 g dark chocolate, for coating
- 100 g candied orange peel, chopped
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, honey, and mix well. Cook until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the sliced almonds, chopped hazelnuts, and candied orange peel to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Fold in the flour until well mixed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool on a wire rack.
- Melt the dark chocolate and dip the cooled cookies into it.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
