- 500 grams chipolata sausages
- 250 ml dry white wine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the chipolata sausages and cook until browned.
- Pour in the white wine and add thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the sauce has reduced.
- Serve hot.
