- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and toss in hot sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, place them under the broiler for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
