Deliciously rich chocolate hearts with a flowing caramel center.

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g liquid caramel

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together.
  3. Mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  4. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
  5. Add flour and salt, mixing until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the batter into a baking dish.
  7. Add a layer of liquid caramel, then cover with the remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Let cool before cutting into hearts.
