- 200 grams all-purpose flour
- 100 grams butter
- 250 ml water
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a saucepan, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil.
- Add flour and stir until a dough forms. Cook for about 2 minutes until it pulls away from the sides.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
- Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet into heart shapes.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then fill with whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar.
