Delicious rolled yeast buns with wild garlic, perfect for spring!

- 500 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 packet yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g butter
- 1 bunch wild garlic, chopped
- 1 egg, for brushing
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Warm milk and melt the butter, then add to the dry mixture.
- Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and roll out to a rectangle.
- Spread chopped wild garlic on top and roll tightly.
- Cut rolls and place on a baking sheet.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Brush rolls with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

- Ensure the wild garlic is fresh for the best flavor.
