- 200 grams stale bread
- 100 grams wild garlic (Bärlauch)
- 1 onion
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the stale bread into cubes and toast them in a pan until golden brown.
- Chop the wild garlic and onion finely.
- In a bowl, combine the toasted bread, wild garlic, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable broth, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the bread mixture and toss to combine.
- Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
